Our staff takes great pride in creating a comfortable environment with state-of-the-art equipment and a wide variety of top rate fitness programs that cater to our members’ varying health and wellness needs.

We are always striving to be on the cutting edge of what is new and effective, and we love passing this on to our members. An impressive offering of group fitness classes, individualized personal training, TRX, Aqua Boot Camp and Boot Camp, as well as a range of kids’ programs are just some of what Ogden Athletic Club has to offer.
