Boot Camp at the Ogden Athletic Club

  

Every ten weeks, we will be running an intense 8 week fitness program called boot camp. This class consists of weight and circuit training, plyometrics and speed work, heavy bag and interval training, cycling and obstacle course training. During the summer, we will meet for a few workouts at Ogden High and Weber State to run relays and bleachers. In 8 weeks, you will never see the exact same workout twice!

 

Participants will get an 8 week split diet plan, body fat and measurements at the start and finish of camp and the motivation and tools needed to succeed.  If you want to see your drastic changes in 8 weeks, this is the class for you!

 

We offer advanced classes on MWF at 5 a.m., intermediate level classes on MWF at 6 a.m. and a beginning level class on T,Th and F at 6 a.m.

 

Cost for first time members is $135 and nonmembers is $200.  Each time after is $75 for members and $125 for nonmembers.
